Returns and Refunds for Janome Sewing Machines
If your Janome sewing machine does not meet your expectations, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please email questions@mendedheartsquilting.com with your order number to start the process.
Return Policy:
- Return Policy Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is non-refundable. Items with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
- Product Condition: Items must be repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear. Unopened merchandise (with factory seal intact) may be refunded. Opened merchandise with original packaging, paperwork, warranties, and accessories may be exchanged.
- Packaging: Items not returned in original packaging will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Commercial Use: Household items used for commercial applications void the factory warranty and are not covered under our 30-day return policy.
- Accessory Compatibility: For accessory items like presser feet and bobbins, ensure you provide the correct brand and model information. Mended Hearts Quilting & Boutique is not responsible for part incompatibility, and shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Damaged Items: If items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us before returning. We fully insure all items to cover such instances.
- Financed Items: Items purchased through financing cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items without original factory box and packing.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Open merchandise must have the original packaging, paperwork, warranties, and accessories. Ship the item back to us fully insured, we are not responsible for lost packages. Exchanges will be processed minus the original shipping cost. Exchanges can be replaced with the same product or in-store credit.
Refunds:
For refunds, items must be unopened in the original packaging with factory seals intact. Items returned without prior consent and not abiding with our policies will not be accepted. Ship the item back to us fully insured, we are not responsible for lost packages. Ensure all original paperwork, packaging, warranties, and accessories are included. Missing items will result in a reduced refund. If purchased with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after receiving your returned product. All credit card purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
