Cosmic Feathers is a modern take on the lone star design. The Small Throw has 24 feathers, while the Large Throw has 48 feathers. The 16 color version uses 16 fabrics once within each feather, while the 8 color version uses 8 fabrics twice within each feather.
The scrappy version is totally up to you, take note that each 2" x 21" strip will show up as six diamonds within the quilt top. In addition to half yards, fat quarters, and fat eights, the pattern includes instructions for using jelly roll strips or even fussy cutting single diamond pieces.
