The book contains Fat Robin Ruler, instructions to make a 16 Point Mariner's Compass, Compass Sunflowers and 'jelly roll friendly' quilt pattern, Sunflower and 'jelly roll friendly quilt pattern and Quarter and Half Compasses.  Detailed finishing instructions including applique and reverse applique centers, appliqueing your block on your background, and sewing your block into a square.  It also includes the OctaCompasses "no circle" finishing technique.
