The Spool Earrings by Riley Blake Designs are proudly American made by hometown artisans. They are crafted from 100% full-grain leather with nickel-free, hypoallergenic hooks. These lightweight earrings feature prints from Mercantile by Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet. Earring size is 1" x 1". Hang is 2".

As a Labor & Delivery nurse I see newborns with cardiac issues and have to help their Mom’s with a baby in the NICU.
