Mended Hearts Sewing/Quilting Retreats run Friday (9:00 am – 9:00 pm) and on Saturday (9:00 am – 4:00 pm).  You may purchase an extra day if you wish to have a 3 day retreat.  The extra day would fall on the Thursday before and hours would be 9 am - 6 pm at an additional cost of $25 (no meals included).  To add the additional day please purchase the 3 Day Early Bird Admission ticket. • YOU BRING: Sewing machine, supplies, your favorite drink (please no cups without lids) and snacks if you wish. Work on your own projects while enjoying the company of other quilters.
• WE PROVIDE:  3 Meals: lunch and supper on Friday; lunch on Saturday. Irons, ironing stations, cutting stations, extension cords, trash bags, tables and chairs.  Refrigerator and microwave. Coffee, water and soda.  Custodial services.  

There are no overnight accommodations at the quilt shop. There is a a Bed & Breakfast next door. Other accommodations can be found at the Story City Comfort Inn or search Ellsworth, Iowa on airbnb.com

Refund policy:  Full refund up to 14 days before the retreat after that your reservation is non-refundable.  We will issue full refunds if Mended Hearts has to cancel due to weather or illness.
