Each square is 6", with the grey border they are 7".  "Iowa is center on the top in a 5" stripe , and counties are listed on the bottom in a 5" stripe.

As a Labor & Delivery nurse I see newborns with cardiac issues and have to help their Mom’s with a baby in the NICU.
