Simply place in between the two layers of fabric, vinyl, or leather to punch your desired hole through them.  This tool is very useful when adding rivets, bag feet, leather lace, and more!

This rotary punch features strong steel body, brass anvil, non-slip handle grips and adjustable, locking wheel with six tubes in sizes 5/64", 3/32", 1/8", 9/64", 5/32" and 3/16".
